Hip Hop style beats for video backing

We need some backing music for a video. We're currently using MIA's Paper Planes, but can't secure the rights. So we want something similar in dynamic - needs to have a solid groove, slightly edgy and upbeat. The MIA track is bang on to the brief. This needs to be an original work that can be provided loyalty free (to New Zealand). We need to hear examples of what can be done for roughly how much.
