Create a backing track and mix in vocals

Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I found an old recording of my mom singing and wanted to have a backing track created and my mom's voice mixed in. I know the audio isn't good quality and not on a consistent beat, so I'm okay with the vocals being chopped up, spaced apart, and the speed/pitch being adjusted.
I'd like the final deliverable to be an FL Studio 12 file, but if that's not possible a multi track midi file could also work so I can import each instrument track separately and make my own adjustments. The beat/backing track doesn't need to be too complex, just an 8 bar loop with basic drums, bass, melody/counter melody
As far as the backing track style, two songs I really like that I would like the producer to use for inspiration for the style are:

Did you also want the child in the background? I tried seeing if I could somehow eliminate the child's voice, but there was no way of me doing it. There are some clear spots that I could use, but towards the end since there was multiple voices, it's not really useful. I can try and see what I can do and do things as cleanly as I can. So, if you want me to keep the child's voice in there then I'll do that. If you want me to give it a try, let me know and I'll submit a proposal, and if I'm chosen, I'll do the best that I can.
