Creative Hip Hop / Pop Mix Engineer

I need above average mixer for Rap / Afro Beats / Pop style records. I need someone who know what they are doing, have a track record and is passionate about how records sound before being mastered.

I need someone who can complete the mix within a few days but able to share premix so time is not lost and I get a mix its totally sounding in a way that takes away from sonic quality. I want someone to make its sound better not as I sent it.
