Improve my audio quality

I have 35 recordings done of me, repeating words. I recorded with a Blue Snowball mic using audacity. All audios were recorded with the same set up and have similiar volume/quality. The total audio length is approximately two hours.

I am looking for somebody to improve the audio quality, lower my voice a bit and level the volume. The pronounciation should be as clear as possible and the voice should sound comfortable to listen to (podcast like). For somebody with experience in audio engineering this shouldn't take long but I get confused with all the frequencies and other important variables.
