Video editor for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

I'm a content creator who's working on a new YouTube channel. I'd like to create short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The videos will be a maximum of 2 minutes long and I'll send you the audio clips, video clips, and instructions for each video. All you need to do is enhance the quality of the audio, make the videos pop, and add royalty-free music to make everything sound better.

The theme is inspirational/motivating content and the videos will be high-quality videos shot using a DSLR.

Because this is a passion project, my budget is $10 (per video) at the moment.
