Spoken Audio Recording Needs Correcting

I need someone to make magic happen!
I need to see if it's possible to correct an audio file.
Hissing needs to be removed and sound amplified.

I've got it in slightly better shape by using audacity but would love to hear from someone if they think they can vastly improve the quality since its all i have to work with.

I have an equally bad track with a reasonable volume but lots of background pick up and wind - I think the hissing fie might be easier to work with.
