Split audio into individual files

I work for a company that creates personalized videos. The video says the viewer’s name.

Our voiceover artist has delivered us a long file with all of the names together but we need them separated and named. The names must be spelled perfectly but I’ll give you an Excel document that will guide you.

There are 1388 files to export and name. How quickly can you do it? You will be our go-to editor for all of our videos if you do well :)
