Split audio files into small files

Your job is to split 2 audio (text to speech) files into small files. There are a total of 140 files to create. The definition of each file is in an Excel spreadsheet. This has the file name and words in the file.

There is 1 second of silence between each set of words, so there will be 0.5 seconds of silence before a phrase and 0.5 seconds of silence after the phrase.

Essentially this job is simply cutting, paste, save as (repeated 140 times).

There will likely be follow-on jobs like this with different voices.
