I'm a church youth minister in Winterthur, close to Zurich, Switzerland. Our young people made a 6-minute interview video in which they answer questions about forgetting and remembering things. I want to show it in a BIG confirmation service Sunday (500+ people), but the audio just isn't comprehensible enough, particularly given the acoustics of a 1000-year-old church. SO I WANT TO ADD SUBTITLES.

I had hoped to use Youtube's automated subtitle generator on the youth's Swiss German dialect to get a start on the subtitles, then edit, clean them up and translate into High German. However, youtube isn't able to anything with their dialect - and I just don't have the time and competence to do the entire thing manually.
I DON'T NEED YOU TO CREATE HIGH GERMAN SUBTITLES!
(I mean, if you can, cool - but that's more than I need.)
I just need you to go through the video and create some kind of ROUGH placeholder subtitle text that either the youth worker or I can then translate into High German. Again: your output can be gobbledygook - it just needs to be (a) in reasonable sized chunks, (b) according to voice/speaker and (c) synchronized to the audio.
