Powerful female rock/80's singer who also can do many genres

I have a client who is disabled with Cerebral Palsey, legally blind and is also quadriplegic. She has written many amazing songs about her experiences growing up in hospitals and homes with these struggles and unfortunately a lot of abuse. She wants a female singer that can mainly sing rock, r&b, and soul. She also wants someone who can adapt to the way she wants her songs to be produced with no changes to her lyrics
