Izotope RX editor required

Need someone who is confident using Izotope RX (or anything else that will do the job) to clean up 2 audio files. They are both recorded on Zoom recorders at a wedding. The first is the ceremony recorded in a church and the second is in a large reception room. Need noise and hissing removed, all speaking levelled and to be made sound like everyone is wearing a lapellier mic. About 1 hour of audio in total. Shouldn't take the right person very long. I've included a few samples of what the audio from the ceremony is like. Any questions please let me know.
