I have made a video on my iphone/macbook as part of an online program and we filmed it outside. Unfortunately it was a windy day and the audio is very bad in places. You can see part of the video here https://youtu.be/34XT8nE1YnM to hear the problem. (I have since continued editing it and it's now complete and 12 minutes long).
I am looking for someone to clean up the audio by removing as much of the wind noise as possible.
I expect this to take an hour or so and I need it by lunchtime UK time on Monday 24 Feb 2020.

In many episodes, after removing the wind noise, there will be no sound left in the frame, including the voice.

I suggest I can do a sound design revoicing all that you said with my female voice over artist saying words for word best advice for this?
