Convert scp file to cs6 favorite in Adobe Audition

I've been using an older version of Adobe Audition and I used .scp file to apply filter settings to the audio we edit. Unfortunately Adobe abandoned .scp file in the new version of Adobe Audition (CS6) and we need a assistance creating what we've been using in the old version of Adobe. In CS6 'Favorites' are used to save settings, I need someone to build a Favorites file to match what we've been using. Attached you'll find the .scp file we've been using with the settings.
