Basic podcast editing

I'm looking for someone to help with some podcast editing. I'm wanting someone with a good level of experience, and preferably someone who uses Adobe Audition.

Initially this will be for a handful of episodes, but will be ongoing for the right person, particularly if they produce consistent results without need for revisions.

I'd prefer to pay someone for the finished audio rather than per hour, but I'm open to discussing that further with any interested editors.

Please do not apply if you can't provide me with at least two examples of before and after audio.
Please do not apply if you don't know how to remove unwanted audio without leaving behind clicky or stammery sounding audio.
Please do not apply if you don't know how to deal with troublesome audio like Zoom glitches or background noises.

Again, this could lead to more substantial work on a regular basis for the right person.
