Audio Book for Audible

I have all the audio files already for the Audible. However, Audible has specific guidelines to how the files must be engineered for official release. I have tried countless times to edit my files, but Audible continues to reject my audio files. Some work and some don't. Would like to contract someone who has experience with Audible's guidelines and has the right knowledge to quickly edit my files to meet Audible's guidelines for approval without any hiccups. Have provide a sample audio. the audio is high quality but the Audible is still rejecting it. If you have the know-how this project can be quickly done within 30 minutes.
