I required someone that has knowledge in building Multi-level marketing models.
I need to build a MLM compensation program on Excel where it calculates income for the top-level employee.
The issue is that a top-level employee gets his own commission PLUS a percentage of everyone's commission he has enrolled...
In turn, those that the top-level employee has enrolled also get their own commission PLUS also a percentage of everyone's commission that they have enrolled, and this additional commission also has an upstream effect on the top level guy's percentage. I only need to go down five levels for the moment.
Can anyone help me on this?

Hi Nathalie,
I would agree with the last person that maybe Excel isn't the best choice, you could do this on a web site with database behind it, I should think that would be easier to use than an Excel spreadsheet.
Can you give some more info about what are the inputs to the system and what you want to get out of it, maybe you want a report with everyone's commision calculated, but what would need to be input in the first place?

Why are you trying this on excel? Why not using a software?
