MS Access database

I will try and explain a little, I need a
database: name of client (2 languages) tel no etc
then funds deposited/invested with date.
we input reports from our investment side. the list will be in htm (but if needed can be changed into excel) can also provide an example
from the list to be able to calculate profit/loss of each account depending on results and dates
client A starts on 1/2/13. all trades from 1/2/13 will count him in and will calculate his portion.
when needed need to view and print out a report
deposit, profit/loss, our commission (needs to be variable, so we can change it), from that calculate then amount of funds on account

then report of our commissions
report of agents (need to add agent name and their commission into the db)
report of agents, name of client and commission from them
this should be most of it
our logo and details at top
multiple account access with multiple username password
and being
able to check what account did what (for auditing) and to prevent fraud from staff, like adding funds that don't exist
