I need to move a Wordpress site to a new host. The old host is one.com the new host is 1and1.co.uk
The issue is you will not have access to Wordpress on the old server (it is overloaded and we cannot access admin). Instead you will need to move the site using the hosting control panel only, you will have FTP and PhpMyAdmin access.
