Move Website From Joomla to Wordpress and Tidy Design

At this stage I am only looking for ball park figures.

I would like some costs to convert www.lymebayalarms.co.uk to a wordpress website as I have never really got on with the whole joomla content management system.

The cost will need to include a suitable template, happy to deviate from the excising layout but I would need to see some mock ups first.

Ideally I would like the new wordpress site working on a "holding server" so I can adjust content etc. One done the site will need to be switched over. This will need to included in your cost.

The site is currently hosted with heart internet and I hold the admin rights.

If its any use I do have this template that we bought for a project that never really got off the ground.

UPDATES - Further to bidders questions.

1) I am happy to look at different themes - one above happens to be one I have "left over" from a project that didnt come of the ground.

2) The head image of the coastline needs to feature in the design.

3) When I say tidy up, the site looks quite tatty at the moment. I would expect the design and layout to look need and tidy. A good example of this would be the contact page.

4) I will need to be able to simply upload manuals to the relevant sections of the customer area. Agai, I will provide the manuals separately.

5) The switch over would have to be sympathetic to Google indexing. (as limited as it is at the moment!)

6) Colours need to work with the logo although I have no real preference to how they are laid out so long as the overall appearance of the site looks good.
