Motion Graphics - 5m Countdown timer - Logo Animation

This is a simple Motion Graphics job for a good production person who knows what they are doing.

I need to create a highly professional 'countdown timer' video that counts down from 5 mins to zero and then has an alarm and then some logo animation .

I want the countdown to be modern and fit our brand and be big as it is being show on a rear projection screen at our next event.

It should countdown from 5 mins to zero with a 'drum' every few seconds banging (think 24 tv series or film to build tension) then at 0:00 it sounds an alarm (then the provided audio kicks in) and at the point is says stand up there is a person standing up and clapping. Following is then some animation of our logo and put the text 'Welcome to the Stage 'Lucy Johnson'
