Mobile Site converted to iPhone & Android App

I currently have a php based, web app (similar to a wishlist website), that currently has a mobile version of the site for people to access their account / data / info.

The mobile site is functional, but not very fluid, user friendly, doesn't take advantage of the camera function, no slider, and ofcourse doesn't work without the internet. The current mobile site pulls info from the web app as would the app need to.

I'm looking for a developer (or team) that can take our mobile site and turn it into an iphone (and maybe android) app. Ideally experience launching apps on the app store would be preferred.

Please send questions, TIMELINE, hourly rates, and appropriate samples of work.
