Minor Wordpress customisation amends for my Studiopress theme site

I have a handful of minor customisation amends that I need done for my Wordpress site. I have done a few bits myself but am not a coder so need some assistance. Some examples of the issues are:

- I am using an Ubermenu mega menu and need all the menu headings changing to the same font/style/colour
- The Ubermenu can get a bit 'jittery' when you hover over it. This needs fixing.
- The theme's default hover effect needs to change to a different colour

There will be a few other similarly minor amends.

I am using the Studiopress News theme so experience of this would be a bonus.
