Minor website edits and change of server (wordpress)

I am looking for a very simple job done. I need a website moved from http://freedomdebtsolution.wordpress.com/ to freedomcreditsolutions.com on a different server. Additionally, I need to change the order of the pages in the navigation menu, and all of the wordpress.com footer information removed.

I fully expect that this is a quick job. I do not want to pay over $100 for the job in full. The winner of this job will have references of past jobs, a competitive bid, the ability to take on more random jobs like this, and assurance that this can be done within specific time period.
