Mindfulness SEO Website Content

I need someone to provide me with content for a new website about MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction).

The 3 pages that require content are:

Home Page (Welcome)
About Mindfulness
Courses

These pages should contain around 500-800 words each. There will be three courses run per year in MBSR.

I have access to a website which is the sort of thing I am looking for which I am happy to give to the winning freelancer, but I'm afraid I cannot disclose this to anyone else prior to the job being awarded.

I am looking for someone who is an English native who has excellent writting skills, ideally a copywriter and who can provide SEO content to a high standard.

I believe this job will only take 2 - 3 hours to complete, so please give a best estimate of when you can complete this.

Immediate start is essential as this needs to be in place by the end of next week (10 February).
