Microsoft excel spreadsheet coding/formulas

I have an excel sheet I made years ago with basic excel formulas used.
It has been added to and the time has come for a re-write.
it is a pricing spreadsheet for pricing up work. has basic formulas and will need some look up tables and allow me to add extra fields in using a macro or anything so that when they are added it adds them withing an formulas that have been made - so that everything still works correctly.
i require a button/something which I can click which will produce me one sheet that contains all equipment which I have said i will use, giving me a materials list at the end that I can export or just print and use to collect all the materials, This way using a pricing sheet to also double as a materials list.
