Membership Directory Website Developed

Hi,

I'd like have a directory website developed for me. It will be a directory for finding therapists.

It will need:

To allow members to sign up, create profiles and post these publically
To allow members to log in to update/change their profiles
To be linked with a payment system for joining up where they can select to pay monthly, yearly and to use a discount code. Each should lead to a different payment amount in Paypal. I will then need to be able to turn on/off members profiles accordingly. E.g. if they pay for one month, the profile gets deactivated after one month.

To allow visitors to search through the members profiles using specific search criteria such as area, skills etc There should also be a search function where visitors can input their postcode and find people within a certain distance from that postcode.

To have a messaging facility-this is not essential, as people can see contact details on the profile. But it is preferable to have a 'private messaging' facility. I'd appreciate being informed of any implications of this.

Links with social networking

I'd prefer it to be Joomla as I already know how to manage the backend with this, but it's not essential either. So long as I can make ongoing changes etc.

The site needs to be responsive and optimised for smartphones, tablets etc

Please let me know if there's anything I should be aware of etc.
