Salary - full time - £31200 // part time - £15600 OTE

Our Telesales Executives are key to managing our clients appointment setting and lead generation campaigns. Calling business prospects, introducing our clients products and services, identifying and matching the features and benefits to their business and where possible, arranging a face to face/telephone appointment for our clients to attend.
Specific telemarketing experience is not necessary; however life and business experience is essential.
To be a successful telesales executive you'll need:
* Excellent communication and listening skills at all levels
* Target driven
* Confident
* A polite, confident and friendly manner
* Highly motivated
* Initiative
* Confidence using computers
* To enjoy working with customers and building relationships.
* A positive attitude.
* Highly organised
* Flexibility and quick thinking.
* Perseverance and the ability to respect customers' answers.
* Good knowledge about all the company's products and services.
* To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure.
* To enjoy working within a target-driven team environment.
* To understand and comply with the legislation relating to direct marketing.
* Ability to follow tried and tested script that produces results
