Telesales Executive
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and exceptional individual to be part of a highly successful telesales team for a UK market leading linen/textile and enspiring interiors manufacturer
Our client provides a service that combines design, development and installation of a wide range of soft furnishings, furniture, lighting etc all widely specified for use in corporate hospitality, leisure, healthcare and education sectors.
An experienced Telesales Executive is now required to take over the responsibility for prospecting new business from database, qualifying leads, developing existing business by advising customers on new products and promotions, managing key accounts tracking \'hot\' prospects on a daily basis, preparing quotations and providing advice on all company products and services.
Candidates will need to have a minimum 2 year track record of Telesales, must possess excellent customer service skills, good time management, good questioning and negotiating techniques, effective selling skills and to be able to communicate at all levels. This is an important role and requires the right person to be commercially aware and good at building relationships with key clients
