Active is placing an ever increasing focus on international expansion and is seeking to grow its presence further around the globe by opening several outbound telesales and lead generation call centers.
Being on the phone continuously during business hours will be a key component to this position. The right candidate will be high energy, driven and self motivated with experience working in a call centre environment. Maintaining a positive attitude and showing an unmatched passion for sales are vital to this role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for prospecting and generating sales leads within their given market and territory.
• Drive daily, weekly and overall campaign goals set forth by Sales Manager.
• Discover, assess and qualify how our products best fit our client’s needs.
• Obtain strong knowledge of company and products in order to confidently address client’s needs.
• Track calls and follow up with clients when necessary to close sales.
• Prepare reports and provide accurate and timely information and forecasts to management.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years experience with B2B Cold Calling Campaigns / Inside Sales / Outbound Lead Generation.
• Proven ability to arranging meetings, handle objections and articulate company message.
• Knowledge of IT sales, networking, telecommunications, solutions and services preferred.
• Experience in speaking with and cold-calling to B/C level, management, and executives preferred.
• Experience in CRM systems and / or other database systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (articulate, educated, and efficient).
• Confident, persistent attitude with proven sales record.
• Strong computer and software skills are vital.
• Multi-lingual skills a plus.
Role Requirements:
• Signed 4 month employment contract (agreement to work the duration of 2011 sales campaign).
• Full time, minimum of 40 hours per week.
This role includes the following:
• National Hourly Minimum Wage + % commission & £ amount per sales lead generated.
