Experience Level: Intermediate
A professional and experienced B2B telesales person is required to follow-up and close sales leads generated by our sales team.
You will be given a list of leads who have already seen our service and who have agreed to be contacted to discuss the service further. i.e. this is not cold calling, but following up warm leads.
You will need to call and answer any outstanding questions, possibly go over the sales pitch again with a view to closing the deal.
These are B2B calls, so you may need to call back several times to get a convenient time and close the deal.
We are selling what can best be described as \"Local Search Optimisation\" but which has various unique service elements.
Our target customers are local small businesses including tradesmen, hairdressers, restaurants, garage services etc.
We have been going for a year now. Our service is incredibly good value, with a growing portfolio of success stories.
We will pay an hourly rate, a commission for closed sales and a bonus if targets are met.
An initial list of 100 warm leads will be provided, with an expectation of 10 hours a week, which may grow as we increase our sales activity.
You must be experienced in telesales
You must sound professional
You must be a UK based English speaker
You must be polite
An appreciation of Search Engine Optimisation would be useful
Experience of a particular local businesses sector will be interesting.
An element of flexibility may be required as some (tradesmen) prefer to be called in early evening.
We are interested in hearing from people who have the skills, experience and self motivation to do this job.
