We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, target driven Telemarketing Executive to join our expanding UK-based European team. The right candidate will have the ability to communicate on many levels over a broad spectrum of potential clients.
Our clients include some of industry's leading technology (systems, software, web, networking, telecom, etc.), manufacturing, retail, health, finance, and insurance companies.
Utilising Goldmine CRM software, you will be contacting a prescribed list of company business prospects for the purpose of informing and communicating the value proposition of our research services and will enjoy the following advantages:
• Virtual Environment – We operate in a virtual office environment - all work can be performed from a home office
• Flexible Working – You will be assigned company business prospect lists to contact by telephone. You are free to set your own work hours subject to being able to complete agreed upon weekly telephone work assignments (generally operating within normal business hours)
• Paid Training – We provide paid training to the successful candidate on our research services and the Goldmine CRM system
Duties will include:
• Make telephone contact with a prescribed list of company business prospects for the purpose of informing and communicating the value proposition of our services
• Arrange appointments by phone for our Account Managers to sell a broad range of competitive intelligence research services to UK & Ireland companies
• To meet the agreed upon call volume targets and work to the key performance indicators set
• Develop a complete understanding of our array of services offerings and be able to inform and communicate the value proposition of our services to UK & Ireland clients
• Help manage, maintain, and grow the company prospect data base
• Work as a liaison between UK & Ireland clients and our Account Managers
Desired Qualifications Include:
• Excellent telephone presence
• Patient, courteous, but persistent personality
• Ability to influence others
• Must have user level proficiency on a PC-based Personal Computer
• Must have a Windows based PC (XP or Windows 7 Professional) (sorry - we cannot support Macintosh users)
• Fully functional version of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT) with support for Visual Basic (included in all MS-Office versions)
• Good quality (i.e. appropriate for VoIP telephone) high-speed Internet access
Compensation:
• Up to £1,500 per month on a self-employed basis (based on the number of telephone calls made and emails sent per month)
