Experience Level: Intermediate
To plan and carry out direct marketing and appointment making by telephone and email, so as to maintain and develop new business relationships for our BDM’s.
This should be in accordance with agreed business plan of a minimum of 250 calls per week with a target to generate 12 meetings a month.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities principally by telephone and email in order to maintain long term prospect relationships and arrange face to face meetings for our BDM’s.
Manage your own time efficiently and creatively in all areas of telemarketing and your research process.
Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organised marketing activities, IE. Product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate
methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Attend if required training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
Make sure Good Communication with internal telesales and external BDM’s in terms of appointments and reports etc.
