A role starting immediately. If you love the idea of working with an exciting start-up and with the team behind Europe's leading location based social start-up, then Rummble is for you! Rummble has some great technology and are in the process of rolling out new B2B products and services.

We are looking for a confident sales person to fulfil a important role of directly building quality relationships with small to medium size businesses. You will need to able to manage your time effectively to meet targets and deadlines, have a good telephone manner and operate in a high pressure environment.

Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with business owners by telephone and efficiently following up.
- Pitching and describing a mobile or internet based product / service.
- Maintaining a clear record of contacts and accounts in our CRM.
- Spotting, recording and communicating trends.
- Conduct surveys and assist with marketing communications.

This is a short term contract lasting for one month with a leading social location-based service that may be extended based upon results. Successful candidates may also be invited to explore a full time sales or marketing position.

Maturity, good judgment, good communication and problem solving skills are all great traits, but above all we want energetic, enthusiastic and determined people.

Experience required:
- Knowledge of principles and methods for pitching, promoting and selling products or services. This includes sales tactics, potential product demonstration and marketing techniques.
- Experience selling in to the retail, catering or service industries a plus.
- Telemarketing: Ability to engage on the phone, get a call routed to the right person and subsequently create an ongoing business relationship.
- General understanding of social media, the web and being an active user of social software would be a plus but is not mandatory.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Energetic and ability to work with others.
- Good English language skills.
- Degree, MBA or MSCS is a plus.
- GSOH always preferable.
