Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I'm looking for an additional freelance B2B homeworker Telemarketer for future work rather than right now, to supplement my current Telemarketer from time to time.
Role is usually appointment setting, though can occasionally include surveying and relationship improvement. Clients tend to be IT industry, accountancy, and office facilities, though some exceptions.
All data lists we use are strictly UK Opted-in, and clients we need to reach tend to be professional London SMEs.
You would need to be versed in Excel, be able to use at some level CRM systems such as Zoho, and be an initiative taker. I'd also like your view as to what sort of conversation rates you achieve per session - we tend to work in 3 hour sessions, and quality is better than quantity.
We would also need to work quite closely in a structured way as there's often significant data cleaning up involved, and we need to be organised, and organise the customer on handling the opportunities you find.
There may be a September requirement via People Per Hour, though my future clients will pay you direct. As I am also very familiar with billing hassles that telemarketers can get caught up in, my normal approach is to get my clients to sign a monthly standing order direct to you in advance before you start working. Me and my team are easy going people types and fun to work with.
Work patterns depending on project tend to be 8 - 20 hours per month, AM or PM.
At this point I'm requesting an expression of interest, and look forward to hearing, and perhaps would like a conversation as well.
