We are looking for two amazing, self-confident people to do appointment setting for us within a pretty tough market place.
Part-time role - around 4 hours per day for around 5 days per week.
The target market - owners of accountancy practices. They are often away from their desks, so you'll need to be able to build relationships with their gatekeepers. And when they come on line, they'll be super cynical... so if you're not experienced and brilliant at 'outbound' appointment setting, this job would not be for you. We are business coaches who work exclusively with accountants to help them grow their practices.
If you are the right person for this role, you will be required to submit your numbers on a daily basis... because at the end of the day, it is a numbers game... The more dials you make, the more decision makers you will get through to, the more appointments you will make, the more appointments will actually keep and the more conversions we will have. But if the starting number (dials) is too low (some days low, some days high is fine... as long as the average is fair) within this process, then the end number (conversions) is going to be low too...
You will be expected to make these calls from your own home/ place of work. There will be an internal group call every morning as a quick 5-minute catch-up to ensure we're all on track, no bottlenecks etc... and then we can hit the ground running.
A script will be provided, but at the end of the day, you need to find your own way in determining whether these accountants (who are the business owners) have pains that we can resolve... if they don't, no appointment, if they do, then a bit of a qualification process and setting the appointment.
We do other marketing activities as well, so that will in itself help to warm up some of the prospects.
You will be provided with some warm leads of people who have engaged with us at some level in the past, but for the most part of it, you will start with a cold list that you need to warm up over time.
If you are a star within your role, this will definitely be a long-term project.
