We are MediaWorkx Creative Digital. A full service design, development and marketing outfit providing digital marketing solutions to small medium sized enterprise around the UK and internationally. We are a growing business with a small close group. Our five year vision is being the biggest digital media supplier in the midlands area and especially abroad where we have strong ties and you can be part of that.
We have career opportunities available for high calibre sales enthusiastic individuals to sell our affordable Search Engine Optimisation and digital products through contacting small to medium and large businesses who already know the benefits of this services. As part of our marketing mix you will be capable of building a portfolio of local business clients in and around West Midlands and the United Kingdom at large.
This position will initially be commission based until you can display proof and capability to lead a sales team and become very successful with company. An opportunity therefore exist to that special individual to join the management team as director with charge to managing the marketing and sales aspect of the MediaWorkx brand and its current 3 spin off brands which is paramount to our growth.
What We Are Looking For In This Initial Role:
With our radically honest sales, cold calling approach based on integrity and common sense with your own natural sales flair, you will be selling our small to high ticket services to targeted local business owners. We will agree set goals and you will be fully responsible to monitor, hit and exceed targets, through making outbound calls to close leads. Where face to face meetings are required to close mega deals, we provide you personalised company business cards and marketing print.
In this lucrative niche this is an incredibly easy sell and you will be rewarded handsomely with commissions up to £305 per sale with Bonus when averaging 3 - 4 sales per day. Our pay packet structure is very simple... You bring the business in you get your Commission and all Commissions are paid weekly, start on Monday get paid Friday.
About You: Required Attributes, Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
• An honourable attitude;
• Strong personality, superb communication skills with a clear, articulate professional telephone manner and excellent listening skills
• Success driven, a burning desire to hit and exceed sales targets coupled with high levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation
• MUST have - Technical knowledge of SEO/PPC, previous telesales experience preferably within the SEO/digital sector coupled with previous proven experience of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Service experience with an ability to attract your prospects, build rapport and a positive long lasting impression with them.
• Professional appearance in cases of meetings with a eye for negotiating and winning over your prospects.
• A can do, solution finding, positive, hardworking, willing to learn attitude and ability to take direction
