DRAGON DEN potential. Our offer is unique in our market place.
We need a sales manager calibre person to make it happen. We want to sign up suppliers for our hospitality/leisure goods and services portal.
Teleselling to decision makers in these supplier companies to get them to join for an annual fee in return for access to sales leads.
This is a novel spin of an idea that works in other markets. When it starts growing - we believe it will grow fast, very fast.
A successful Sales Manager will:
Recruit suppliers to the site for a modest annual fee through cold calling.
Then, as the business builds, manage a team of telesales people and customer service staff.
Once we pass the start up phase we will be able to reward you with substantial rewards based on our performance.
You need to be able to demonstrate the following:
• The willingness to get in at the ground floor of an opportunity and to get your hands dirty by doing the job that you will end up managing.
• Developing our sales proposition with us to ensure we have an effective telesales script and approach.
• Developing the plan to role out the sales activity across the nation and ensuring all categories of the goods and service hierarchy are supported by supplier partners.
You will have the following attributes:
• Articulate and mature, able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• You are likely to be looking for a new opportunity beyond being a number in a faceless organisation you must have telesales experience.
• Be willing to invest your time for a short while to explore this opportunity, and show you have what it takes to deliver. We envisage that you would need to invest about 15 hours speculatively, not much more than a series of interviews and commuting might cost you, in time spent.
• This investment of time can be done over several days so you can mix it in with what ever you are already doing. It will comprise of online training by us and then you hitting the phone. Get the results
