A leading international organisation that organises business events in Financial Services with the focus on Russia, Europe and Asia is looking for an Experienced Russian speaking Delegate Sales Executive to join the Russian Team to work on a number of our excusive “ by invitation only” events designed for leading Russian and International Investment companies, Private Equity & Venture Capital firms.
Your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
• Making cold and warm sales calls to new as well as existing clients business in order to confirm their attendance at the events;
• Negotiating on sales price where relevant;
• Managing the sales process and negotiating with the client in order to close the sale ;
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and background:
• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken, is essential
• Have a proven B2B sales or telesales or telemarketing background
• Have experience of cold calling with a high level of determination, tenacity and the motivation to achieve targets
• Have strong inter-personal skills, strong organisational skills and a forward thinking approach
You will be expected to learn new campaign data quickly and efficiently and to be confident introducing new products to our existing and new clientele. You will be working to targets but will receive thorough training and mentoring throughout each project to assist you in achieving the set goals.
Remuneration will be varied but an hourly rate is offered (£6 per hour) with 10% commission on successful sales on top.
You will report back to the office daily on your activity. You will be able to work from home and from our offices in Hampton Court , greater London. Full time or part time.
We are looking for an experienced free-lance professional to work with us on these campaigns a long-term basis in inspirational work environment where talent and ambition are recognised and rewarded.
