Are you a great communicator and researcher who can easily identify and connect potential customers to Products and services. Do you find efficient calling produces leads more quickly than relying on email alone? Crazy Host is looking for a customer-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) who enjoys having live conversations with prospects and is motivated to be a key partner to the Sales and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to identify, qualify and set sales appointments with the right prospects that lead to closed deals and happy customers.
Job Responsibilities
* Prospect by thoughtful research, cold calling, leveraging existing MQLs (marketing-qualified leads) and running of email campaigns to build opportunities that lead to new business.
* Product knowledge in Web Hosting, Digital Marketing, web design / development with an understanding of which leads/roles should convert to opportunities.
* Ability to qualify potential customers and gain sales or set appointments with decision makers that are accepted by the outside Sales team.
* Continually track all sales leads within our CRM and ensure information is reported to the appropriate team members on a timely basis.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Exec Leadership to continually enhance the lead generation process and find new methods for improvement.
Job Requirements
UK BASED - BRITISH.
* Experience in Business, websites & Marketing or related field.
* 1 year or more in a similar role.
* Willingness to learn from mistakes and adapt quickly to changes.
* Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
