Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hi there,
I will be launching a jobs board in Jan/February 2012. This jobs board will be centred on the Northern Ireland jobs market.
You will be required to cold call potential clients who have current job vacancies.
You will be required to obtain these leads through a variety of measures such as competitor job boards, newspapers, large employers in the region, recruitment agencies in the region etc.
You will be selling job postings and advertising space on the site. The focus will be on job postings.
I have not set the job posting price yet. This will vary for the different types of clients i.e. between Recruitment Company and direct employer.
You will need to be experienced in selling over the phone and building relationships. Visits to clients offices to ensure a deal comes through is down to your discretion.
Ideally you will have experience in selling for a job board, or will have worked as a recruitment consultant.
Payment will be on a commission based structure. I.e. If you sell a job posting for £100 you will get a percentage of that revenue you have generated. Base % is 25%. This percentage will vary on how successful you are. The more successful you are the more you can earn per sale as you will be generating more revenue. There will be a very generous commission.
You will be required to provide evidence of previous experience. Once we get started we can run a few dummy calls for my existing jobs board which I own to test you.
I am looking for someone who would like to be part of this in the long term. A piece of the company is a possibility for the right person after they have shown their commitment and ability.
Any questions please ask!!
