Recruitment Business Development / Telesales
Black Yak Digital is a retained recruitment service operating within the digital marketing vertical. We recruit for roles including SEO Managers, Affiliate Managers, Brand Managers, Account Managers, Developers, Designers, Marketing Managers and any other roles that exist with the digital sectors. As part of our continued growth we are looking for freelance telesales advisers / business developers to cold call new clients with a view to securing any jobs the clients may have in order to create a lead for a meeting or a call back to take a job spec. Looking for someone with exceptional communication skills who can dedicate a minimum of 10 to 20 hours per week. Extra hours are available depending upon performance. The ideal person will have extensive telephone sales experience / lead generation experience with a professional disposition. Recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential. All calls will be paid for and a voip phone provided where necessary. You will need your own computer and will need to record all calls and their outcomes on excel.
