Our business is business. We provide a range of services all relating to the people within companies, services such as Succession Planning, Benchmarking, On-Boarding and hiring process management (employing the right people).
We now need to identify a strong professional business development/telemarketing individual that can assist us moving forward by making appointments for our consultants.
You will be an individual that thrives on a challenge and be someone that is looking to develop a more meaningful career for yourself. The opportunity in the short term (3-6months) is to assist us in creating interest/critical mass within the targeted customer segment we are focused on through telemarketing/telesales. The target markets for our services are organisations that fall into the “SME” category within the Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology and Services sectors. Data exists in respect of the target companies with more being added all the time.
Ideally you will be able to work with us to provide appointment/client visit opportunities. Other options can be discussed that can include the ability to provide additional (paid for) support services that could include telephone answering and general admin services. There is also potential for the successful individual to be rewarded with an opportunity to become an employee/shareholder in the business moving forward if appropriate to both parties.
We have not decided how this will be rewarded at this stage although a fixed fee per appointment and a percentage of the order value are considered appropriate. We invite suggestions from interested parties on their thoughts on this aspect.
