We are a high profile prestige and luxury car hire booking agency which covers London.
We are looking for somebody with a great telephone manner to follow up bookings which we receive through our site.
Booking enquiries come through for many kinds of luxury car hire from all over the UK and the world, with car hire booking values ranging from a few hundred pounds to a few thousand pounds.
The booking enquiry consists of an entire lead- customer name, vehicle required, date, contact details. We do not own our own fleet. The enquirer receives an acknowledgement email and is informed that their booking has been provided to our network of partners.
We have a relationship with a couple of main suppliers of these vehicles who offer a percentage cut for each booking.
We would like to form a relationship with somebody, preferably with a sales or business background, who can take these leads
1.) Pass them on to the businesses for a cut
Or preferably:
2.) Sell them on at an upfront cost and establish ongoing relationships with fleet owners to then receive relevant leads.
You will be working under our name and provided with a company email address. This is not hard selling as you have valuable leads to pass on, and this is more a low-volume high value business so you won’t have to work many leads. It would probably work out at just a few hours a month.
We are prepared to reward the person who we work with with a generous percentage. A typical cost per click in this competitive industry on Google is £1.44. A typical conversion rate from view to booking is 1 in 10. So in theory a booking enquiry is worth £14.44 up front. We would discount this though, to make the offer of the bookings more attractive to fleet owners. One lead can then be sold to multiple providers.
In addition to selling each lead, if you do set-up an ongoing relationship with a car-hire provider, you will be registered on our CRM and recieve 50% of every sale to that company for nine months.
The whole business has been set up and the leads are coming in, they just need monetising and this could be a great opportunity for the right person to develop the business further.
