Person required to contact 1500 visitors who have pre registered for a business show at the NEC.

The telephone calls consist of asking four basic questions. In some instances, where it has not been possible to speak with the pre registered visitor, it will be necessary to make an additional telephone call.

The results from the telephone calls have to be captured and entered into a system which will be stored on the database for future analysis. The work can be completed from any part of the country. The user will need to have access to a computer and broadband internet.

We are looking for someone who has good communication skills and possess a good telephone manner. They must be able to use a basic computer system and enter data accurately into the system.

It is estimated the work will take approximately 8-10 working days complete (7 hours per day). The calls must be made within 09:00 %u2013 17:00

On an ongoing basis Blaxx is looking to outsource the phone answering service across the shows. Approx 10-30 calls received/day at our %u2018busy%u2019 times across a maximum of 10 shows. This line is answered %u2018showline%u2019 and the calls are from exhibition visitors with queries. We have 0844 numbers for this use.
