We have an immediate requirement for one or more telemarketers to work half or full days (ie 4 or 8 hours) on client premises South East of Swindon (close to M4 Junction 15).
This is an ongoing requirement for telemarketing support to business to business sales campaigns and could be for up to 4 days in full or half days per month. It is important that this work is done on site as the client needs to control the campaigns and flow of leads carefully.
The calls to be made will be following up emails sent and require a conversational style, rather than following a sales script. The ability to quickly establish rapport on the phone and talk knowledgeably about a subject based on a brief is vital.
Successful calls will be where a conversation has taken place and the contact has been qualified into one of a number of defined categories. The aim of this campaign process is to identify potential leads that can be passed to client sales team.
Key attributes:
1) ability to engage with a senior business contact on topical business issues.
2) To hold a conversation, listen and comment appropriately.
3) To use initiative to lead a conversation and to identifying good leads.
4) To follow the defined process and work hard.
You will be working as part of a sales team, but on your own in client office.
This role would suit an experienced telemarketer or sales professional seeking freelance work.
All calls will be made within normal UK business hours but within reason you can select the hours you work.
The location is not on a regular bus route so own transport is required and parking is available.
