I run a growing B2B Business Development firm providing premium quality Lead Generation, Appointment Setting and Database building services on a global basis to clients within the IT and Communications sectors.
I am looking for a highly experienced telemarketer to join my team and work directly on client projects with me, initially for a 30-40 day contract period.
I am happy to offer an attractive rate of £80-£110 (Depending on experience) per day to the right person.
A detailed briefing and relevant training will be given at the start of the contract period and the contractor will be required to:
- Build a highly accurate and targeted database of the key Decision Makers (I.e. head of network Operations, chief Technology officer) within a pre-defined set of target accounts (Target accounts will all be communications service providers based across Europe, Middle East and Africa).
There are tools available to help you build this database, however all contacts and their full contact details (Including email addresses) must be confirmed by phone to ensure highest possible quality.
- Follow up a targeted email campaign that will be sent to these Decision Makers and hold pier-pier conversations with them to promote positive awareness of the clients solutions and generate sales appointments where there is a qualified interest and need.
- Capture detailed feedback from conversations with Decision Makers in Salesforce.com according to specific guidelines.
Due to the length of the contract and the initial training involved, I am looking for a contractor based in the South West who would be able to work with me from my home office in Chepstow (20mins from Bristol / 40mins from Cardiff).
Based on initial performance, there is the potential of ongoing employment.
The skill sets I am looking for are:
- At least 2 years experience in the B2B telemarketing space and ideally within the IT / Communications sectors
- A strong working knowledge of CRM applications like Salesforce.com
- Language skills (Any European / Eastern European languages would be extremely useful)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to communicate professionally on a pier to pier basis with "C Level" and VP level managers from major global communication service providers
- Some flexibility to work varying hours to cover different global timezones
