Following on from a mass email campaign, we need an individual to call three categories of prospective clients, with an ever increasing challenge as you move from one to the next.
Catergory 1 - prospective clients that have opened our email and clicked through to our web site, but have yet to place an order.
Catergory 2 - As 1 but having opened the email they have not clicked through to the web site.
Catergory 3 - Have not opened the email (in practice this will be clients that have not opened up to
3 emails sent with different subject titles .
The objective of the telesales campaign is three fold:
1. To increase sales of our two delivered lunch services i.e. TableTop (Lunch for Businesses) and LunchClub (Lunch for Employees).
2. To understand what barriers there may be, if any, to prospective clients signing up to the services.
3. To update our data record for the clients in question in terms of accuracy of contact data AND current provision for lunch services, thus enabling us to target further contact more accurately.
As part of the call, you will need to talk any interested clients through our web site and how to set up an account. This is very simple and training will be provided on the phone in this regard.
Initially calls will be targeted to businesses in London and MK but with further calls to other major UK cities.
Initially we need calls making to 76 clients in CAT 1, 423 in CAT 2. The CAT 3 clients will be confirmed but will be in the region of 2800. Having had a telephone interview we will commit to however many hours / days the successful applicant thinks they need.
To give flexibility to the person, we would be happy to see the calls made over a period of time that is attractive to them.
We are looking for someone with confidence and experience in this field, who is very comfortable calling clients in the Facilities Management, Office Admin, HR and Purchasing Sectors.
