Description
Reporting to the Director of Promotions this position is responsible for contacting, getting approved and contracting Eco/Green manufactures in agreed territory. He or she must contact manufactures, assess prospect readiness, manage the customer relationship processes and share opportunities for improved product sales with TV Promotion solutions. The position will be expected to meet monthly sales/placement objectives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must be competitive, tenacious and results driven. Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with proven negotiation and decision-making ability. Ability to prepare verbal presentations, excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must be self-motivated and have ability to perform well under pressure and against aggressive goals and deadlines in an entrepreneurial/start-up environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of the position, the contractor is regularly required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The locator requires dexterity in using telephone, computer keyboard, mouse and calculator while seated at their own office. The contractor is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The contractor may frequently move to interact with fellow contractors and/or clients. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: While performing duties of this position, the contractor is required to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. The locator requires the ability to write effective and detailed correspondence and to effectively present information both in one-on-one and small group situations.
MENTAL DEMANDS: While performing duties of this position, the contractor is required to deal with stress associated with a fast-paced work environment and multiple priorities/tasks. The contractor will be required to make judgment decisions and adapt to changing work situations, grasp and apply new ideas, communicate with various personalities at all levels and have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
WORK ENVIROMENT: While performing duties of this position, the contractor is required to visit client websites and speak via email or in person with decision makers capable of authorizing participation and releasing funds to company for product placement/promotions.
WORK SCHEDULE: While performing duties of this position, because the contractor is required to visit client websites during any hours, it is required that locator be available during normal business hours to reach the manufactures key personal by phone or through email correspondence. No one from SNP will monitor contractors hours however compliance and a productive product placement ratio will be required to maintain active status. A minimum of 1 product placement a week or averaged out is required to fulfill vesting program after one year.
COMMISSION SCHEDULE: While performing duties of this position, Locator will receive commissions from Product Placement Airtime (PPA) Product Store Sales (PSS) Virtual Self Space (VSS) and Vested Earning Program (VEP). The schedule is as stated and described next.
PPA is paid on the total monthly fee paid by manufacture per product promoted in Commercial.
The PPA earning cycle is 7 days from first placement contracted and then restarts!
First placement paid at 10%
Second placement within 7 days of the first 12%
Third placement within 7 days of the first 15%
Fourth placement within 7 days of the first 20%*
*makes all other deals following in any 7 day cycle 20% pay out!
BONUS EARNINGS: During calendar month 2 cycles in a row contain 3 placements $500.00
When 2 cycles in a row contain 4 placements $1000.00
When 3 cycles in a row contain 4 placements $2500.00
When 4 cycles in a row contain 4 placements $5000.00
The PSS earning cycle is based on calendar month and starts compiled payouts on 15th of following month from product sales contracted and sold through online store and then restarts!
NOTE: Earnings are based on TV promoted products only and on the % added to wholesale price after Ebay and Paypal fees are deducted.
Note: commissions are earned on NET not gross product “sold for” amount!
$1.00 - $100.00 10%
$101.00 - $250.00 7%
$251.00 - $500.00 5%
$501.00 - $1000.00 2%
1001.00 and up 1%
The VSS earning cycle is based on calendar month and starts compiled payouts on 15th of following month from product sales contracted and sold through online store and then restarts!
The commission on contracting Virtual Store Space is 20% of actual monthly fee paid by manufacture and is recurring as it is contracted. The product sales earns locators 50% of PSS.
The VEP earnings is based on one calendar year as an active locator and continues as long as the manufacture remains in store. These compiled commissions are 75% of original commissions paid and are recurring payouts on 15th of following month from product sales contracted and sold through online store! As long as Locator is active 100% commission apply.
