We are a healthcare marketing company and we are looking for new, home-based team members to join our growing company:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contacting patients (outbound telephone calls) to make them aware of their appointment and schedule their appointment at their local health care centre
- Updating the calendar system to add new appointments, and also reschedule existing appointments as and when requested by patients
- Building a friendly relationship with patients over the telephone
- Handling inbound telephone calls to help patients reschedule their existing appointment
While the responsibilities of the role are straight forward, we believe in rewarding our people whom help us grow further. You will be regularly rewarded and incentivised for both your good work and providing great service over the telephone.
