I am a chimney sweep and have a database of customers who I have swept chimneys for. Chimneys should be swept at least once a year and I have 750 customers who had their chimneys swept over 12 months ago. I require all these customers contacting by telephone to advise their chimneys are due a sweep and hopefully book them in with an appointment.
This is not a hard sell but rather gently persuading them to book a repeat sweep. Most customers can be reached during normal office hours but a number of customers will have to be reached out of hours.
My database is ACT 2000 and appointments are given using My Office online diary.
